Terms of Service

The terms for using the Infinium Outsourcing website and services, including payment, cancellation and refund policies and our SMS program terms.

Last updated October 15, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Infinium Outsourcing ("Infinium", "we", "us"). They apply when you use this website, contact us, receive our calls or text messages, or buy our services. By doing so, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

If you sign a proposal, statement of work or service agreement with us, that document also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, the signed document wins.

Our services

  • Dedicated Staffing: we recruit, employ and manage remote professionals who work exclusively for you, full-time or part-time, while you direct their day-to-day work. We handle payroll and HR.
  • One-Time Projects: fixed-scope work such as websites, software and mobile apps, brand and design, and book and author services, delivered for a fixed price agreed before work starts.

Every engagement is scoped with you first. Your quote or agreement describes the role or deliverables, the price, the timeline and the number of revision rounds included.

Eligibility

Our services are for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use them.

Quotes, pricing and taxes

Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless your quote clearly states another currency. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Project prices are fixed once agreed; changes in scope you request are quoted separately before any extra work starts. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, which will be shown on your invoice.

Payment and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown on your invoice or checkout page, which may include major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

  • Dedicated Staffing is billed monthly in advance. By starting a placement and providing a payment method, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge it each billing period until the placement ends under the cancellation terms below. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
  • One-Time Projects require a deposit of 50% of the fixed price before work starts, with the balance due on delivery or at the milestones set out in your quote.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days unless your agreement says otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work or the placement until it is paid.

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first. We aim to resolve billing questions within 5 business days, usually faster than a card dispute would.

Cancellation policy

  • Dedicated Staffing: you can end a placement at any time with 30 days' written notice by email. You are billed through the end of the notice period, and there are no other cancellation fees.
  • One-Time Projects: you can cancel by email at any time. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and we hand over that work once it is paid for.
  • Consultations: the first consultation is free. You can reschedule or cancel a call at any time.

Refund policy

  • Dedicated Staffing: every placement includes a replacement guarantee within the first 30 days, at no extra cost. If a hire isn't the right fit, tell us and we will recruit a replacement. If we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we refund the fees you prepaid for the unused part of that billing period. Time already worked is not refundable.
  • One-Time Projects: deposits are refundable in full until work starts. Once work has started, refunds cover any amount you have paid beyond the value of the work completed. Delivered work you have approved, and milestones you have signed off, are not refundable. Revision rounds included in your quote are how we put things right if a deliverable doesn't match the agreed scope.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank may take longer to show them.

To request a refund, email info@infiniumoutsourcing.com with your invoice number and the reason.

Delivery

We do not ship physical goods. Staffing placements start once the professional is hired and onboarded, typically within 5–10 business days. Project deliverables are delivered digitally (files, access to accounts, or deployment to your hosting) on the timeline in your quote. Timelines are good-faith estimates and depend on you providing feedback, content and access on time.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need; to direct placed professionals lawfully and treat them respectfully; and to make sure that any material you give us (text, images, logos, data) is yours to use and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Until then, we keep ownership. Work produced by a dedicated professional for you during a paid placement belongs to you.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use any of them included in your deliverables. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins and platforms stay under their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work and your company name in our portfolio and marketing. We will never disclose your confidential information.

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and the Infinium name and logo, belongs to Infinium Outsourcing and may not be copied without our permission.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. Our professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations. This doesn't cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.

Non-solicitation of placed professionals

We invest in recruiting, training and managing the professionals we place. During a placement and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to hire or engage that professional directly or through another company without our written agreement. If you would like to bring them on directly, talk to us: we offer a conversion option for a fee set out in your agreement.

SMS Terms

Program description: by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box (or otherwise agreeing), you consent to receive text messages from Infinium Outsourcing about your inquiry and the services you engage us for (appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and updates). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opting out: you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honour CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further text messages to that number.
  • Opting back in: if you opted out and want texts again, reply START or UNSTOP, or check the SMS consent box on our contact form again. Rejoining means you agree to these SMS Terms as they stand at that time.
  • Help and support: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@infiniumoutsourcing.com or +1 214 910 0050.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, and that you are at least 18.

Prohibited content: we will never use our messaging program to send unlawful, misleading, deceptive or harmful content, and we follow the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and carrier rules.

Privacy: your phone number is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, submit false or spam inquiries, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Dialpad (calls and text messages), and our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or your agreement, this website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", and, to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Results described on this website are examples, not guarantees of a particular outcome for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer laws that apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from third-party claims caused by material you gave us, your instructions to placed professionals, or your breach of these Terms.

Events beyond our control

Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, power or internet outages, or outages at third-party providers. We will tell you promptly and do our best to keep work moving.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first: we will both try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, the courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date and do not affect engagements already agreed in a signed proposal or agreement. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't mean we give up the right to.
