Our founders spent years in business consulting, recruiting and talent management, watching companies struggle with rising costs, thin teams, and talent they couldn't find locally. At the same time, we kept seeing the same founders put off a new website, a rebrand, or a proper set of marketing materials simply because hiring an agency felt like overkill for a one-time job.

Infinium exists to solve both problems from one place: we recruit, employ and manage a dedicated team for you when you need ongoing hands (they work out of our offices, under our management, exclusively for you) and we run a straightforward project team when you just need something built.
