Last updated October 15, 2026

Who we are

Infinium Outsourcing ("Infinium", "we", "us") provides dedicated remote staffing and one-time projects (web, software and app development, brand and design, and book and author services). We have offices in Austin and Melbourne.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our forms, phone calls, text messages, email and payments, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

  • Contact form and inquiries: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), the services or roles you select, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. Purpose: to reply to you, prepare a quote and route your inquiry to the right team.
  • Calls and text messages: your phone number, the date and time of calls and messages, and their content, handled through our business phone provider. Purpose: to communicate with you, keep a record of what was agreed, and honour opt-out requests.
  • Clients: billing contact details, invoices, agreements, and information you share with us or the professionals working for you. Purpose: to provide and manage the services, billing and support.
  • Payments: when you pay us, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your name, billing address, the card brand and last four digits, and the payment status. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
  • Job applicants and professionals: if you apply to work with us, your CV, contact details and interview notes. Purpose: recruitment and placement.
  • Automatically collected: like most websites, our hosting provider logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. Purpose: to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small preferences in your own browser: your light or dark theme choice, and your scroll position so the back button returns you to where you were. These never leave your device and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule discovery calls and prepare quotes.
  • To recruit, place and manage the professionals who work for you, and to deliver projects.
  • To send service messages by email, phone or text message, where you have agreed to them.
  • To invoice, take payments, prevent fraud and keep financial records.
  • To secure, maintain and improve our website and services.
  • To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to enforce our agreements.

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: your consent (for example, text messages), the need to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before one, our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, or otherwise agree to receive texts, Infinium Outsourcing will send you text messages about your inquiry and the services you engage us for (appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, and updates). Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep a record of your consent (when and how you gave it) and of any opt-out, so we can honour your choice.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The full terms of our text messaging program are in the SMS Terms section of our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described here, and only the minimum needed for each purpose:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your data: website hosting, our business phone and text messaging provider (Dialpad), our payment processor (Stripe), and email and document tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • The professionals and project team assigned to your account, so they can do the work you engage us for.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, court order or a valid request from authorities, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy, and we will tell you.
  • With your consent: in any other case, only when you have explicitly asked us to.

We do not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments and card security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, encrypted payment pages or forms and go directly to Stripe; they never touch our servers. Stripe uses your payment information to process the payment, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations, as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

International transfers

We work across the United States, Australia and Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in other countries. When your information moves between countries, we protect it with appropriate safeguards, such as contractual commitments from our providers, as required by applicable law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: inquiries that don't become engagements are deleted or anonymised within 24 months; client, billing and agreement records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then as long as tax and accounting laws require; opt-out records are kept so we can keep honouring them. After that, we securely delete or anonymise the information.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) across this website, access limited to staff who need it and who are bound by confidentiality, and reputable providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your information we will notify you and the relevant regulators where the law requires.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, or US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, for example by replying STOP to our texts or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email info@infiniumoutsourcing.com or call us. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a prominent notice on this website or tell you directly before it takes effect.
